Silvio Tano

Chief Executive Officer

In November 2017, Mr. Tano was appointed Chief Executive Officer for Total Airport Services.

Since assuming this role, he has guided the company to over 30 percent growth and over $100 million in revenue, with a 14 percent EBITDA margin, and positive NOI.

Under his leadership, TAS strengthened their presence in the passenger services market, diversifying and balancing their portfolio between passenger and cargo. At the outset of his tenure, he reorganized TAS executive leadership structure for a flatter, more efficient organization and instituted innovative customer solutions and state-of-the-art IT programs to improve efficiency and customer service.

Mr. Tano has more than 45 years combined experience in support services for the commercial and general aviation industry segments. Prior to joining Total Airport Services, he was responsible for cross-segment business development in the Latin American market for Fortune 500 energy and logistics company, World Fuels Services. There he was responsible for identifying and pursuing aviation, marine, and land fuel related opportunities in the region

Prior to his tenure at World Fuels Services, he previously spent more than 30 years in various roles including operations, HR, safety, concluding with Vice President of Business Development and Sales at North America at Airport Service International Group, a large aviation services company.


Dana Perry

Senior Vice President, Operation

At Total Airport services, Mr. Perry is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Total Airport Services where he is responsible for the company’s complete operational portfolio which includes passenger handling, cargo warehousing and ramp operations, GSE fueling and maintenance, 1600 team members, and customer relationships across eight locations in North America

Mr. Perry is a seasoned operator, having either worked or overseen all functional areas of the ground handling business throughout his 35-year career. He exceeds at operational organization, having started forty-plus – now established – ground handling operations in the United States. Prior to joining TAS, he was a Regional Director at Servisair and Swissport, where he managed a portfolio of $55 million and over 1500 employees.

Mr. Perry's 35 years in aviation spans leadership in ground handling and passenger services, fueling, cargo facilities and freighter handling, GSE maintenance, training, strategy, and market development. He was recently named Team Leader of the Year by Aviation Pros Magazine.

Mr. Perry has had an extensive work history. Currently, Senior Vice President, Operations, Total Airport Services (2019 - Present), he has also served as Vice President, Passenger Services, Total Airport Services (2018 - 2019); General Manager, Swissport USA (2014 - 2017); and Regional Director - Central, Servisair (2012 - 2014).


Abel Puczek

Senior Vice President, Sales & Development

Mr. Puczek is the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Sales at Total Airport Services where he is responsible for new partnership development and strategic growth. While in this role, Mr. Puczek has significantly expanded TAS' customer base, expanding into e-commerce with new customers Amazon and DHL.

Mr. Puczek has nineteen years of air cargo operations experience with progressive growth that led to top positions with prominent international cargo airlines

Select highlights of his experience includes prior positions of Regional Cargo Operations Manager at The Americas, Qatar Airways International (2015-2019) and Area Operations Manager, North America, Cargolux Airlines International (2007-2015).

Mr. Puczek brings to TAS a wealth of operational and organizational management experience from these roles growing air service networks, enhancing and measuring service quality, and managing subcontractor relationships. He has over twenty years of cargo operations, safety and security compliance, and customer service experience.


Sarah Andrews, MPSA

Ms. Andrews serves as the Chief of Staff for Total Airport Services. In this capacity, she serves as a senior advisor to the CEO and supports the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization and office of the CEO, both internally and externally. She works closely with the Executive Leadership Team to oversee strategic, financial, and operational activities. In this role, Ms. Andrews also supports CCR USA in marketing and business development opportunities.  

Prior to her role as Chief of Staff, Ms. Andrews was the Senior Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing for Total Airport Services, responsible for functional communications to all employees and the public profile of TAS.

Ms. Andrews brings to TAS seven years of experience as a Managing Director for CG/LA Infrastructure, an infrastructure consulting firm in Washington, DC. There she was responsible for the public profile of the consultancy and five regional Forums promoting strategic infrastructure projects throughout the United States

Prior to CG/LA Infrastructure, Ms. Andrews was the Communications Associate for The Chertoff Group where she assisted in managing the public response to high-visibility crisis communications events, including partnering with intelligence agencies to address the NSA leaks by Edward Snowden

Ms. Andrews began her career in Public Service, serving in the White House Chief of Staff's office and for a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Masters of Public Service Administration from the George Bush School of Government at Texas A&M University.


Katherine Mack, SPHR, SHRM-CP

Vice President, Human Resources

Ms. Mack, SPHR, SHRM-CP is the VP of HR for Total Airport Services. In her current role, she is responsible for leading TAS' overall human resources strategy, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, benefits administration, employee relations, and talent recruitment.

Ms. Mack brings cross-functional experience to TAS from within the energy, engineering, construction, retail, and aerospace industries. Her more than 30 years of experience include international and domestic business and human resources.

Her career focus has been providing operations with a deep breadth of subject matter expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance & Policy and Diversity & Inclusion.

She currently serves on the Boards of The Labor and Employee Relations Association of Houston, The University of Houston (College of Technology), The Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce, and has been on the Film Selection Committee for the ReelAbilities Film Festival Houston since 2017, a city-wide film festival which uses the arts to promote inclusion and celebrate the lives, stories, and artwork of people with disabilities.


Jay Allbright

Senior Director, Safety & Security

In this role, Jay manages all safety and training staff, writes and implements all required training courses, and analyzes TAS’ threat matrix.

Jay has 35 years of experience in safety, security, and training, with the last twenty-six of those dedicated to the aviation ground handling and warehousing industry. He has authored thirty-five safety and training manuals and directed multiple ground handling start-ups. Before joining TAS, Jay had a successful career at Evergreen International Aviation, where he directed operations at fifty-nine airports across the United States.

Jay resides in Conroe, Texas, with his wife, Stephanie. They have five children and one grandchild. Jay’s hobbies include boating, fishing, camping, and college sports.
